This vintage  is Mother or Momma Bear from  by Applause/Sekiguchi. She has jointed arms and legs and a head that turns.

Mother Bear is golden brown and wears a burgundy dress with light pink flowers and an attached pink apron.

She has felt pads on her hands and feet. Her hands are not curved, so she can't hold accessories. She is stamped "Sekiguchi" on the back and is in good vintage condition.
